1. Controller

The controller responsible for data processing on this website is:

Internet Commerce GmbH
Eichenweg 10A
82319 Starnberg
Email: info@inet-commerce.com
Managing Director: Dipl.-Wirtschaftsing. Andreas Agha Ebrahim

2. General information on data processing

We process personal data only to the extent necessary to provide a functional website and its content, or where a legal basis permits such processing (in particular Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR — legitimate interest in secure and stable operation).

3. Hosting and server log files

When this website is accessed, the hosting provider automatically records information in server log files. This may include:

  • IP address
  • Date and time of the request
  • Requested URL / path
  • HTTP status code
  • Amount of data transferred
  • Referrer URL
  • Browser and operating-system information (user agent)

This processing is carried out to ensure the technical functionality, stability and security of the website (legal basis: Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). Log data is retained only for as long as required for these purposes and is then deleted or anonymized, unless longer retention is necessary for security or evidentiary reasons.

4. Cookies and tracking

This website currently uses no tracking cookies, analytics tools (e.g. Google Analytics) or marketing tracking. No non-essential cookies are set. A cookie banner is therefore currently not required.

The language selection (German / English) may be stored locally in the browser using Local Storage. No personal profiles are created in this process.

If we use optional analytics or marketing technologies in the future, these will only be activated with your consent and this privacy policy will be updated accordingly.

5. External links

This website may contain links to external services (e.g. elenavision.com). When you click such a link, you leave our website. The respective operators are responsible for data processing on those external services.

6. Contact by email

If you contact us by email, we process the information you provide (e.g. email address and message content) in order to handle your request. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (pre-contractual / contractual measures) or Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in responding to enquiries). The data is deleted once the enquiry has been finally dealt with and no statutory retention obligations apply.

7. Meta Platform Data and Elenavision Metrics

The Elenavision Metrics application processes data made available through the Meta Platform for authorized Facebook and Instagram business assets. This may include:

  • identifiers of authorized Facebook and Instagram business assets
  • post, reel and comment IDs
  • insights and performance data
  • comments and other interactions
  • likes, shares and other engagement data
  • where made available and permitted by Meta, profile identifiers of people interacting with business assets, in particular name and Meta ID

We use this data for analytics, moderation and community management, to prevent duplicate actions, and for internal development and testing of the application. The application is currently for internal use and is used exclusively with our own authorized Facebook and Instagram business assets.

Meta Platform Data is not sold. It is shared only to the extent necessary for technical operation, for example with technical service providers we use, or where required by law. Access is restricted to authorized persons, systems and necessary technical service providers.

We store only data required for the purposes described above and only for as long as necessary for those purposes or as required by statutory retention obligations. The data is then deleted or anonymized.

Deletion of data stored in connection with Elenavision Metrics may be requested at any time by emailing info@inet-commerce.com. Please provide sufficient information for us to identify the relevant interaction or data record. We will review the request and delete identifiable data unless statutory retention obligations or other legal grounds prevent deletion. For details, see our Data Deletion Instructions.

8. Your rights

Within the framework of applicable law, you have in particular the right to:

  • Access the data stored about you (Art. 15 GDPR)
  • Rectification of inaccurate data (Art. 16 GDPR)
  • Erasure (Art. 17 GDPR)
  • Restriction of processing (Art. 18 GDPR)
  • Data portability (Art. 20 GDPR)
  • Object to processing (Art. 21 GDPR)

To exercise your rights, an informal message to info@inet-commerce.com is sufficient.

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a data-protection supervisory authority. The Bavarian State Office for Data Protection Supervision (BayLDA) is one competent authority because the company is based in Bavaria.

9. SSL/TLS encryption

This website is delivered using SSL/TLS encryption where provided by the hosting provider in order to secure data transmission.

10. Updates

We reserve the right to update this privacy policy if the website, the services used or the legal situation changes. The current version is always available on this page.
