Synthetic Characters
Our focus is stable synthetic identities. The goal is not simply to generate an attractive AI character, but to keep the same person recognizable across different scenes, perspectives, clothing, lighting conditions and systems.
This requires reference material, different models, controlled workflows and human selection.
Image & Video AI
Low-cost AI tools are now heavily advertised and can produce impressive results. Especially for very short clips, the quality can be remarkably high.
A spectacular tool demo and a reliable production process are two different things. The longer and more complex a scene becomes, the more consistency, control, repeatability and conventional post-production matter.
Hybrid Workflows
We do not lock ourselves into a single AI system. Depending on the task, we combine local models with cloud-based systems and specialized tools.
One system may be excellent at preserving character identity while another is stronger at composition or motion. The interesting part is often the workflow between multiple systems.

Alongside talks, we selectively take on Visual AI workshops, consulting, synthetic-character projects, AI prototypes, experimental applications, and evaluations of suitable models and workflows.
We are not a conventional full-service AI agency. We are particularly interested in tasks where something can genuinely be tested, understood or newly built.
